At the Elite Hockey Camps, we are looking for that individual who is a good player, but more importantly is motivated and committed to learning and improving skills and knowledge. All activities, both on and off the ice, have been designed to contribute to the total hockey development.
The Hockey Camp is designed to utilize the highest caliber of play from each player. In all of our sessions we match up lines during our evening competitive games and morning skills sessions. This ensures that first liners are playing against first liners, second liners against second liners, and third liners against third liners.
In all our sessions, there will be two different age divisions, and three distinct ability divisions. Grouping by ability level allows us to ensure that each player will be challenged and comfortable at the same time. All divisions follow identical schedules and are lead by an experienced proven staff of college, professional and prep school coaches, hand-picked to work with the Elite program. In the older divisions we will place more emphasis on physical development and educational opportunities afforded to the player. This will include more intense emphasis on weight training and conditioning. The older players will be exposed to higher educational options including recruiting lectures with college coaches and players.
